Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables specifically created for the client will transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

However, Kriti Digital shall retain ownership of:

• Source libraries
• Proprietary software components
• Reusable code modules
• Technical know-how and processes

Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of Kriti Digital's pre-existing intellectual property.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kriti Digital reserves the right to display completed projects, designs, applications, or websites in its portfolio, marketing materials, presentations, and social media for promotional purposes.

Confidential projects will not be displayed without prior client consent.

Projects may involve integration with third-party platforms, APIs, plugins, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software.

Kriti Digital is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, policy changes, security issues, or technical limitations arising from third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of such third-party services.

Both Kriti Digital and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information, trade secrets, technical data, and project-related information shared during the course of the engagement.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party except where required by law.

The information and services provided by Kriti Digital are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
